All successful payments for SMS verification services are considered final. Once a verification code has been successfully delivered to the user’s dashboard or phone number, the payment cannot be reversed or refunded.
If a payment fails or a duplicate charge occurs, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. After confirmation from Flutterwave or our internal transaction logs, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used. Refund processing may take 5 – 10 business days depending on your bank.
In cases where a purchased verification number fails to deliver any code and the issue is verified by our system, a refund or replacement credit will be issued to your user wallet or the original payment method—at your choice.
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of the user account.
